Don't get discouraged!! It was hard when I first started too, but after I did the schedule of workouts, I was able to look back and see how far I'd come! I don't do it anymore, because I just finished training for a half marathon, but I'm always open to going back to it. I love love love the workouts!! My faves are the 20…
