I like to buy frozen berries and then cook them with the oatmeal, then add some stevia or honey. It tastes like a berry pie :)

I eat lots of soup -- filling and often quite low-calorie. Just watch out for sodium; best if you can make your own soup at home! Almond milk is great. I love the non-fat Fage Greek yogurt. 100 calories, filling, tons of protein. And as others have mentioned, huge salads!

I think some people are being rude in their responses here. It's not a stupid question, people just have different priorities and opinions. It's true that it won't be a sustainable weight loss (i.e. you'll gain most of the weight back afterwards) but I totally understand wanting to lose weight by a certain day.…
