Well I don't add spices like cinnamon, cayenne, pepper , ginger etc, because they're so low in cals and you only use a small amount so xD never really effected my weight loss :p but I do pretty much log everything else, even pickles :p

So true , when I visited Italy (also part italian woo) all the ice cream places had nutella flavours and regular convenience shops sold HUGE containers of nutella (i'm talking half the size of me) aaah Italy does indeed love nutella ^---^ My vote does go to peanut butter though just because less sugar + more protein.
