Firstly I will say, You have a very beautiful Italian look xD I'm actually part italian ! I'm glad this post might have helped, I think it definitely eased some of my own issues XD I don't think I could ever cut carbs either, after all it's meant to be a lifestyle change and I couldn't live life without a decent amount ! :p

Also there's some Brewers yeast tablets downstairs that I started taking today , they're meant to contain lots of B vitamins and BIOTIN!! xD eheheh

I obviously am not going tell you to drink coffee or I might get beaten up by the community. but recently I started drinking coffee and I swear like 1 cup of black coffee (yes I like it black) keeps my hunger away for like 2 hours.. it's not intentional, but I do find it fascinating.

I do consistently weigh and measure everything I eat :p I really meant netting 1200, I mention eating 1200 a lot because I don't tend to do a great amount of exercise anyway so this is the amount I often end up eating
