  • For sure it is the second half for me. It seemed to take a long time for me and others to notice. It all seemed to be much better as time and weight lost goes by.

  • I was hoping to see some responses to this. I did my fitness test and before pictures yesterday and starting the program today. Hopefully this will give this thread a bump and get people talking about it.

  • I agree, take a look at the intensity and change it to what you feel you did. Also make sure you are putting in the correct activity type.

  • Matthew, I know this goes against what a lot of people say but I went with dropping my calorie intake down quite a bit. It has worked great for me. The main thing is finding what works for you and going with it.

  • Thank you for the reply. I started with the C25K app by Zen labs then went on to their C210K app and completed that. I am now working on following the Hal Higdon Half Marathon training plan.
  • I've lost 63 lbs so far without exercise. Disclaimer though, I do enjoy outdoor projects and have been working quite a bit outside which have been decent workouts. I fully intend to start workouts this fall but wanted to get weight off first and it is going great!
