I go for good ole PB&J! Aunt Millies 35 calorie Potato Bread and about a teaspoon of PB and a teaspoon of Jelly- roughly 125 calories each and a banana :)

Eh, been there.... just move forward. I mean if you feel like you HAVE to make it up just eat 100 calories less a day and put in an extra 15-30 min of moving in your day. I think your fine though...

For just heart rate my Garmin worked wonderful but I like an overall day so I go with just the Fitbit. overall they were very close for an end of the day total.

I have both the Fitbit ONE and the Fitbit FLEX and the One is def better. The flex does not count stairs and has limited visual of where you stand for the day. I have been told it is caused by your body trying to cool itself down. And i have noticed it does it to me when i get really hot and as i am cooling down they slowly go back to normal. I also try to hold something cool when i am done with my workout.

I hate the flex. It is very vague and you have to look at the website to see what you have really done (only dots appear on it) and it doesnt count flights of steps. The fitbit ONE is wonderful! You can see steps, calories, flights of stairs. You can sleep with it on. it is just wonderful!

I burn more with Just dance than with the treadmill. I just have a higher heart rate when playing. I also jog in place while the song is being switched. Lets face it for the most of us it is more fun! I burn more calories doing Zumba though.

I love Zumba. I do the classes, I have WII and Xbox Zumbas as well as the CD set. Of course you will see results :) The difference is .. Zumba is fun and the gym is well boring. Eat when your hungry. I only use my exercise calories to catch me when I go over. I am not going to eat simply because this tells me too. If I am not hungry and i burned 1000 extra calories I am not going to go shove food in my face to appease myfitnesspal!

I'm cool with Splenda :) I can't stand Stevia. They do make sugar free syrups that you can try! I have hazelnut. As far as milk try to drink unsweetend almond milk! You can drink a whole glass of it for like 30 calories. As far as my coffee it is black with Splenda.
