if you're feeling badly about yourself, just know that i caved and ordered dominos last night, after supposedly completing my entry for the day. i ended up eating an entire small pizza by myself. i just undid at least a week's worth of progress. trying to figure out how to move on from here..

Eh, been there.... just move forward. I mean if you feel like you HAVE to make it up just eat 100 calories less a day and put in an extra 15-30 min of moving in your day. I think your fine though...

Move on by realising that a weeks progress in the grand scheme of things isn't such a big deal?

First of all, don't beat yourself up about it. We all will slip up once in a while. The key is to not give up because of it.

Secondly, just get back up on the horse. MFP is not about dieting; it's making lifestyle changes. Just keep moving forward.

Last but not least, know that you are not alone. I certainly have had my share of slipups now and then, as have others I've connected with on here (and IRL).

    Good luck!

Maybe you are setting your daily calorie limit too low. If you aren't eating enough, it can lead to a binge.

Or it can be that what you are eating isn't satisfying you.

Like for example if you are cutting carbs out, you need something to satisfy you as much as carbs did.
Or you could eat carbs, just less.
If you love cheese, have it within your cal limits for the day, might just stop the desire to be ordering a pizza!

Check out the recipe area of this site, there ar some really yummy combinations of food that are low calorie and so satisfying, so you don't have to cave!
