that I didn't know but thanks for the input on it being innacurate.... I think the heart rate monitor I have as an app now was pretty bang on. it matched up to the long way of brain calculations into my heart rate this morning.

Ive Found a series of GREAT cardio workouts on your tube, and so far my two weeks at it, I love the results, and Coach Kozack is awesome. Look up Hasfit on YouTube, he has workouts for all levels.
