I have failed miserably. I am up 2.5 pounds!!! I have sore muscles so I am hoping some of it is water retention. My goal is to smarten up and work out 5 days a week, drink more water and clean up my eating. Wish me luck everyone. Good job everyone! Looks like everyone is doing great and seeing losses. Keep it up!!!

Went shopping at old navy on Saturday. I went to grab my regular sizes that fit last year and that I felt still fit me. When I tried them on they were huge on me! I grabbed a xxl tank top and had to go back and grab a large that fits nice and is slightly loose! I grabbed size 20 jeans and they fell off of me in the change…

Sw: 208 CW: 207 August goal: 203 Up a pound from last week, my eating was not great. won't make my original goal but hope to go down at least. I did however have a NSV. I have a pair of capris that have sat in my dresser for 4 years. I tried them on a few months ago, and were not close to fitting. Yesterday, they did!!

I overload my coffee with creamer. 3 to 4 tbsp per cup! Find it so hard to quit. Also I never log my weekends. Wastes all my effort to stay under during the week just to throw it down the drain on the weekends.

started a 5k to 10k app today and went well. Adding in tempo runs... as far as I can understand it's supposed to be a little faster then my steady run? I am a very slow runner. short legs. I finished on the 8th. Didn't go as great as I hoped but I did not give up and finished. I still jog quite slow so usually only do 2 miles but i'm happy with that. I am starting a 5k to 10k app tomorrow in hopes of increasing my endurance and distance.
