5'3 and 197 this morning. I loosely follow a combination of 80/20, CICO and whole foods diet. I just restarted a little bit ago after a pretty crazy life change. Keep my diary open too.0

I'm 5'3. Started at 150 now 113. Took me a year and a half to lose. Currently eating 1200 calories per day, sedentary. Add me!
I am 5'3" as well and 113 is my ultimate goal weight (I'm at 117 right now, down from 125). Are you eating 1200 to maintain? Please say no because there is no way I could live like that! I try to eat 1200 right now and I'm hungry a lot. I do exercise 5-6 days a week, though.0 -

I use to say I was 5 -4 but the reality is I was only 5-3-1/2. Now I can only say i am 5-2-1/2. At my heaviest i was 232 -10 years ago was able to loose 102 pounds stictly with diet & exercise. Have gained 12 pounds recent due to a flair up of an old back injury and do not plan to keep it!!!! Feel free to add me.0

Hi, I started September 2014 with a weight of 213lbs on a 5'3". I started a C25K program and ran my first 5k November 2014. Then started a 10k training program and ran my first 10k in May 2015. I've had good months and bad months but all in all I've lost 50lbs which puts me at 163lbs. My end goal is 130ish...praying I keep the will and motivation to keep me going!!0

5'2.5" - went from c.200 to 136lbs a few years ago, was maintaining happily, then had medical problems, stopped caring, gained 35lbs over around 2.5 years, had surgery, trod water for a year and a half, started caring again, have dropped 19lbs of the gain since the beginning of June. Current goal 129-136 (I like some wiggle room). Feel free to add0
