Hello! I'm just starting out here. I am 5foot3inches and 197pounds. I am looking for other women of the same height to be friends with get/give ideas too and generally have someone to join me and for me to join them on their diet.

I am looking for 5foot3 women so our goals are similar! Thanks x

    I'm 5'2. Its difficult being shorter having to weigh a lot less than taller friends to maintain a healthy BMI.

    5'3 here as well. Since I started getting back to my workouts I've lost 5lbs so far! Slowly getting closer to my goal weight. I do anything ffrom running to hiit workouts. I just need to work my core. Since having 2 c-sections it's been a long journey.

    I'm 5'3". My highest non-pregnant weight was about 190 lbs (about a year ago). I count calories and do yoga, workout videos at home, and some light running, but I'm not a fan of exercising, so calories counting is the main factor. I have an open diary and try to be active on MFP. I'm always happy to have more friends, so add me! I'm now down to lower 160s and have another 30-40 lbs to let go of.

    I'm 5'2", I started at 198 2 years ago, lost 29 lbs on WW, went through some health issues and gained 17 back, now i'm in this for the long haul. Feel free to add me too if you'd like :)

    I'm 5'1.5". Let's round that up to 5'2" and say I'm close enough :wink:

    Started at about 180 pounds, now around 125 (+/- 3). Maintaining for the moment while I focus on training for a half marathon.

    I'm 5'3" and I started out at 208lbs a few years ago. Dropped 30lbs then got pregnant and gained it back (and some). Lose the "baby weight" and started this journey again a couple months ago at 188lbs (now 178lbs). My goal is around 150lbs and evaluate if I want to drop more. :)
