There's a huge difference in your face. I cannot see the rest of your torso, but I can totally see a difference in your face. Way to go! You look great!

You look fantastic, what an amazing transformation. Way to go, and keep up all your good work! You are obviously doing something right!

Couch 2 5K is awesome for getting back in shape. Before I completed C25K, I couldn't even run for 2 minutes straight. Now, almost a year later, I run 3 miles, 3 days/week. I can talk through the entire 3-mile jog now. When I first started, I could barely breathe, let alone talk! The C25K program took 9 weeks, and I went…

I don't recommend my digital Weight Watchers scale: http://www.amazon.com/Weight-Watchers%C2%AE-WW78-Conair-Chrome/dp/B002N5N336/ref=sr_1_5?ie=UTF8&qid=1308753651&sr=8-5 It is all over the map. Depending on where I place it in the bathroom, my weight can fluctuate a lb (yeah, because there are pockets of unbalanced gravity…

1 serving slow-cook Oatmeal - plain 1 tablespoon Adam's Natural Chunky PB 1/2 cup fresh blueberries 1 packet Stevia - which I will skip next time because I don't like fake sugar. 1 cup coffee w/ 2 TBSP Fat Free Half and Half. I was satisfied until lunch, which isn't the norm. It was nice to finally eat something other than…

I finished C25K in November, and run 5K three days a week to this day. I also take a spinning class 3 days/week to help with speed and shin splints. I feel great. I am in better cardiovascular shape at 32 than I was at 16! It's amazing. Definitely keep it up.

I'm not quite into the 20 lb weight loss category yet, but I am totally with you. I put on a pair of skinny pants that had been packed away for years. Before I started MFP, I couldn't even get them over my thighs. Now, I can get them up and zipped. The next step is to get the on and zipped without the muffin top. But that…

I am similar. I had my son 2 years ago too. I lost all my pregnancy weight, but I needed to lose 40 lbs before I got pregnant. I have a slight "pooch" from my c-section too. It is way better than it was, but in a perfect world, that area would tone up and be gone. I am struggling right now because I stay within my calories…

That was beautiful. You look gorgeous! Great job.

I don't even burn that much running 6mph (10 minute mile) for 45 minutes. Do you have a HRM with a chest strap? That is the only way you are going to get an accurate reading.

You look amazing!

Unfortunately, mild bladder control is a common side effect of pregnancy and child birth. Fortunately, you are not alone. Kegels should help. Wearing pads like OP suggest will eliminate the wetness and embarassment. I tend to only have this problem when I am getting a bladder infection. I have symptomless bladder…

Thanks for the link. It was definitely an interesting read, but nothing that I haven't read or seen before. I am not going the veggie route to save the planet from the evil food industry. I think that the authors points are valid and true. My idea is more simple than that, I am doing it as a way to focus. I need a stricter…

This is such a cool blog. I am going to add you to my reader! Thanks.

Thanks for the reminder about the iron. I need to be careful of that for my whole family, especially my toddler.

I have always been interested in this book, but I was never interested in going Vegan. Now, it doesn't seem out of the realm of possibility! Thanks for the recs. I will definately come to you for questions.

I had an emergency c/s two years ago, and although my "pooch" isn't all the way gone, it has gone down significantly. I have only lost 17 of my 40 lbs, and I think that once I lose the rest of this weight, it will be almost unnoticable. I workout a lot though, and I do exercise that are heavy on keeping your your core…

That looks really tasty!

I am on a snacking all day binge. It usually is started by impending big family gatherings (this time it was PMS, and then Easter) and it takes me a long time to get that binge mentality out of my head. I have been doing really well with my meals/snacks during the day. I had my diary public, but then I tend to make it…

You look even more amazing in person, sweet lady! The after picture is beautiful, but it doesn't do you justice! I can't wait to join you in the "I reached my goal" camp! 24 more pounds until I am there!

Those look incredible. That is my favorite flavor combo, PB and chocolate. Thanks for sharing.

My starting weight on April 17th = 175 My ending weight on April 23rd= 174 I lost one pound. I am not complaining! :drinker:

The sodium count completely depends on the cheese and marinara you use. You could definitely make it lower sodium than I did! The Flat Out Bread has 420 mg Sargento Mozzarella has 420 mg Prego Traditional Marinara 210 mg Lucerne Part Skim Ricotta 150 mg Kraft Parmesan 40 mg Total is 1265 mg.

You looked great before, but now you look like a svelte athlete. Amazing job!

Mine was cigarettes. When I got pregnant, I quit. I didn't light up again until my baby was over 6 months, and even then it was only occassional. But I still CRAVED them. I loved the smell of them and could never completely get them out of my mind. I would have one every once in awhile, but I never picked up the habit…
