  • I'm 20 years old, 5'4" and looking to lose about 30 pounds. You can add me if you'd like! I just try to stick to fruits, veg and whole grains but I am FAR from perfect with my diet. I exercise about 60-90 minutes 4 days a week. I'd love to hear what you do!

  • So, your MFP starts out with a cal goal for the day. Say you start out at 1500 calories. That is assuming that you didn't work out at all. However, if you do a 1000 calorie burn, MFP will say you have 2500 calories to eat. I often don't eat back the calories it give me, but its up to each individual what you do!

  • I would say try to cut back on the sugar, if not for your weight, for your general health. As far as cholesterol goes, the cholesterol you intake actually has very little to do with your bodes cholesterol levels. There are also good and bad levels of cholesterol. Don't worry so much.
