Do it! I have had a persoal trainer since early January for the same reasons as you - I need accountability. He has been great and I am getting the results I want from him At the moment, I do 2x30min sessions with him, and I will reevaulate at the end of this year if I increase this to 3x30min or 2x45min. I had to use the middle hook (as oppose to the last outer hook!) on my bra today! That means I've lost inches on my bust! YAAAAAAAAY!

I'm going to give you two pieces of advice - before you commence the baby weight-loss, make sure you're physically, emotionally and mentally ready to do it. And most importantly - go as slow as you want! Also, get you're partner used to the fact that you will need "you time" when bubs arrives and that losing the pregnancyโฆ

How some days, you step on the scale, feeling fat and bloated, and find yourself 1kg lighter. That was me yesterday. Great work! I completely agree with you - making sure you're fit before pregnancy is one of the best things you can do for your body and yourself! Good luck with the remainder of your pregnancy - it will go quick and before you know it, you'll be holding that bundle of joy :)

My left leg/knee and arms were canning yesterday from boxercise. So I decided to not push it and rest my body - I didn't go for my run. Instead, I got a leg massage and rested. This morning - the leg still hurts, but not enough to miss another session! The scales showed a +0.3kg increase, but that is just noise. The NSV -โฆ

Don't forget the Enthronement of the new Emperor! I was in Japan 10 years ago - absolutely beautiful country. I want to go back and discover more of Japan. First mini-goal is family vacation in April and I hope to be near 100kg. The vacation is in 6 weeks and I have 7kg to go!

I've stopped having "cheat" meals, but rather maintenance meal. This occurs on Saturday night - and I still log the meal. I usually go 400 above my 1600 net, sometimes a little more. Why maintenance meal? It "maintains" - my sanity - my calorie deficit for the week - my healthy relationship with food - this is the mostโฆ

8 weeks on MFP! ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ My journey so far: - I have continuously logged everything for 60 days - All my clothes are getting baggy-er and will need new winter clothes at a smaller size ๐ - My fitness is amazing! 3.5km on C25K, 4km hiking in 45mins, I can manage 12 (!!!) assisted pullups ๐ฎ Strength is definitely improvingโฆ

I have a sister who almost convinced my mum (during my first weightloss journey) that me at size 10 is unhealthy and I was suffering an eating disorder. I hate burpees, rower, lunges, pull ups, x-trainer and versa. Pullups are my necessary evil - they're improving my upper body strength and posture, but I hate them. I love, love, love kick-boxing, deadlifts, weighted sumo squats, lat pull down, bench press and tricep stuff. Also enjoying running.

All the time. And now I know what causes the weight increase, I just continue on my journey. I love pasta and rice. A 0.5-1kg water-weight increase from it is the sacrifice I am willing to make to include the yummy-ness in my life :blush:
