Well it sounds like compound exercises has quite a few fans/followers, I loved the Wal Mart analogy also - so thanks for your opinions, gonna research this & the ICF program a bit more on Tinternt :)

Cheers Fluffy, it is indeed extremely frustrating to lose weight - especially when I feel am I stuffing myself silly... As for protein, I am always over the daily recommended amount by eating lots of chicken - but I do have a protein shake every day also, so adding more protein is unlikely to help..
