Truvia is made from the stevia leaf...all natural. Splenda is made with Aspertame, which is a controversial sweetener that has been linked to all kinds of nasty stuff like Lupus and tumors. Given the choice, I would choose the Truvia.

Not sure about the 30g part, but studies have shown that people who start their day with protein instead of carbs are fuller longer and tend to eat a smaller lunch, thus helping the weight loss. New studies are suggesting that you eat more protein in the morning instead of carbs.

I actually take kickboxing lessons and I absolutely love it. There are lots of studios all over the place that are women only.

As long as you arent having the snack RIGHT before you go to sleep, its probably not a problem. Stick to something light, maybe some carrot or celery sticks with a light dressing/dip if you want. This recipe looks SO good!! Thanks so much for sharing! I will probably make a few modifications to make it just a little bit healthier (like replacing garlic salt with garlic powder, and using a different kind of cheese) but I am definitely going to try it out!!!
