any suggestions on good healthy eating books. just finshed master your metabolism. So looking for that type thing, lifestyle changing not simple diet.

100 Days of Weight Loss by Linda Spangle. She deals a lot in situations and getting your mind right.0 -
No good recs for "real" books, but if you want a lighthearted look at weight loss, pick up "Such a Pretty Fat" by one of my favorite Chicago-based nonfiction (mostly) writers, Jen Lancaster. I've read it (and reread it) multiple times since I started this journey.0

I am reading an excellent book, "Made To Crave' by Lysa TerKeurst". It's available for download to your Kindle or Nook. Made to Crave is helping me understand my current actions and choices and offereing alternative thoughts to combat destructive, counter-productive actions. This book is warm, light hearted and humorous. Highly recommended.0

You may want to take a look at The Abs Diet for Women. It's not so much a diet as a lifestyle. Even if you choose not to follow the eating/exercise plan, the book still offers a lot of really great information about nutrition, muscles, etc. and topics relevant to women.0

Ann Louise Gittleman Fat Flush Plan - talks about hormone balancing and the connection, the balance of good fat etc. Some of the "ritual" of the plan are a little odd but overall a bunch of useful information to make women understand their bodies better.
Adrenal Fatigue by Wilson is REALLY insightful for those struggling with stress, abdominal fat, exercise, fatigue, imbalances, etc.

I am reading The Forever Young Diet and Lifestyle by O'Keefe and O'Keefe. I am learning alot, and having alot of other things reinforced. I can see myself re-reading this book again and again.0

I like the Eat This Not That series of books. Its not dieting, it basically shows you which foods are the healthier choices and why. Very informative.0
