Thanks guys for all the encouragement and weighing tips! I guess I like seeing the progress everyday... but I don't want to feel discouraged over a one pound gain...even though i know it's normal, so it would probably be best to stick to the twice a week weigh in's.

Thanks so much for the responses! I guess I should just cut down to 3 or 4 times a week. I'm glad that answered my questions. I was pretty sure that it was not muscle!! I'm trying not to become obsessive about it and need to stick to the once a week weigh in!!
