I can do that. Don't focus so much on the scale but focus on the tape measure. I'm almost done with P90x and I have only lost 3lbs. But the inches lost are ridiculous. I don't. I have been cleaning my home for years and never lost any weight. All the things that I normally do in a day (or night) I just don't count. I only count the purposeful stuff.

sodium, sweeteners, caffeine. You need to drink twice as much water to offset what it does to your body. And you can't count that water in your water log
