Thanks for the replies. I just figured my TDEE at 2469, with moderate activity. With -20% I'm at 1975 and with -15%, I'm at 2098. I think I'm just going to stick with 2000 even and see where that takes me. My activity at the gym is at least 30 mintues on the treadmill on a random program, 30 minutes on the elliptical, also…
