Portion control. When you go out to eat, only eat half of your meal. Save the other half for a meal later or the next day. Just because it's there does not mean you have to eat it.

If it works for you then do it. Everybody is different. What works for you may not work for someone else. Burn those calories the way you want to, not because somebody said it doesn't work for them.

I work 7pm til 7am. I eat breakfast when I get off in the mornings. I eat dinner with the wife when I get up in the afternoon. I eat again at 9pm and again at 2am. Work out when your energy is at it's highest. If it's hot outside, that's just a bonus. The more you sweat, the more you lose.

Get a really good calorie burn the day that you know you are going to be drinking and eating alot. That's what I do. I drink vodka on my days off. I get a damn good calorie burn that day so I don't have to worry about the calories. (Don't get drunk. You have to remember how many drinks you've had.) I do the same thing when…
