You have to want to do it. Find something that you like to do. Run, Bike, Swim... anything that burns calories. I use HIIT training with my bike, stationary, and I run. You also have to eat halfway decent. I'm not totally there with my food choices but doc tells me that I am healthy. (Very picky eater.) Feel free to check…

I don't use one. I use MFP's calorie counters for my exercise. I run and use a stationary bike. I also use HIIT training with my bike.

Contact someone in one of those groups and let them know you want to join. There are always people dropping out. And if you get on their waiting list when they start up a new one they will notify you.

You can do it. I did all of my weight loss at home with only a few weights, a bicycle and the high school track. I also do sit ups and push ups.

I don't know how you guys walk around with those things. (Just kidding.) If we "men" had to walk around with those they would drag the ground. We would not take the time to find a bra to fit.

I agree. When you have cheat days it just puts you behind that much more. But, when I now I will be having a big meal or a rewarding meal, I get a extra good calorie burn. More calories burned, more food I can eat.

Your bones need calcium. More so for women than men. Osteoperosis (I think I spelled that right) is nothing to play around with.

Water helps flush out your system.

You are not eating enough. I may be wrong and I'm not trying to be mean but, I think your body is in starvation mode. It's trying to hold onto everything you put in because it's not getting enough calories. Eat more and workout to burn those calories.
