Stomach and exercise

I get a sore stomach freqently during exercise. It affects my workouts. I eat 1950 to 2200 calories a day. I workout 6 days a week and work out twice some days. Could it be what im eating? Todays diary isnt done yet so if you look, look at the last few days.

If I drink a lot of water during exercise my stomach and sides kill me, so I only take small sips when I really need a drink.....could it be that?0

Same here. I try to wait at least an hour after eating to work out, but I do tend to drink a lot of water when I do work out... My tummy doesn't bother me though unless I'm doing intense core exercises or crunches.0
