SHORT. A woman that can wear a short haircut is sexy. It also shows that she is confident and can take on any situation.

That's why your metabolism is out of balance. Do it the right way and change your eating habits, watch your portion sizes and exercise and you will make it.

Here in South Carolina we have Animal Control. If you have that option call them or your local police department. The police probably won't do anything but they can tell you what office you can call to get help. You can also call environmental department. It's not healthy smelling poop all day long. :sick:

I gave up all sodas about 5 years ago. You would not believe how much better you feel after the first month being soda free. It's just empty calories. Think of all the extra food you could be eating without those extra calories.

I eat. Then later, I get a really good calorie burn to negate what I ate. I usually work out twice a day so it doesn't happen often.

I own a quad cab, 4x4, Dodge Ram and I live in the south. Can you imagine the looks I get? A black man in a big truck. And I don't have tinted windows. I want people to see me in my truck.

I have several weapons but my best friend is a Glock .40. I am a police officer and I think everyone should have, at the least, home protection.

Just started running this year, besides running in the military. I have seriously been thinking about this.

I've been a police officer in South Carolina for 14 years. Did 10 years military before becoming an officer.

I hope you are ready for this... There are about 2 million posts on here about eating back calories. Many different opinions. Some people even get mad and argue about this. Be ready.

That NSV should give you motivation. Good luck and keep sharing.

Get a good calorie burn and allow for extra calories.

Get the junk food out of the house. Don't buy it and it won't be there for you to eat.

I'm off tonight but usually I work 7 pm til 7 am. I try to workout before and after work.
