I work 7 pm til 7 am. I still eat breakfast in the morning when I get off work. It helps to keep your circadian rhythm in check.

Go running in the parking lot or around the block.

Go to a store and get fitted. Try shoes on so you will know what you like and what feels good on your feet.

Just like life is not fair. If it were I'd be 6'6'' and everyone would be watching me on TV every Sunday. If life were fair I would have been a Millionaire by now. We have a 7 year old Boykin. We brush him everyday and vacuum everyday. But, it's worth it. Best dog I have ever had.

5 lbs. more sweat is more of a calorie burn.

I'm eating everything that I usually eat at Thankgiving. I'm going to get a good calorie burn (2500) and eat normal portions.

It's a lifestyle change. Don't revert back to your bad habits. If you have to eat out try to eat foods that are good for you.

I only count workouts. Anything else is a bonus that is not counted. But, I'm sure you will get many different opinions. Find out what works best for you.

I use to work out twice a day. I would work out when I get off work in the morning and workout again when I get up before I go to work. Burned a kick *kitten* amount of calories. It helped me reach my goal. Sometimes I still workout twice a day but not as much. If you work out that much you have to eat a lot more food.

Look for something close to what you are eating in the data base.

I work 7pm til 7am. I log everything from breakfast time til breakfast time. I eat breakfast when I get off work and eat dinner when I get up in the afternoon. I workout before work and when I get off work. Hope you find your groove.

I agree with everyone else. Also, try to put food in your diary before you eat it. If you know the calorie count you will be more inclined not to eat it. Use will power and make smarter choices.

It all depends on how hard you want to work and how well you change your eating habits. And how many calories you burn. Too many variables to give you an answer.

You can substitute anything you want. I may be wrong but, the cream is better for you than the evaporated milk. I would even use almond milk instead of evaporated milk. I'm partial to almond milk. It would add a little flavor. Good luck.
