Your body is not getting enough fuel. It's holding onto all the food you eat. If you eat more calories and workout you body knows that it will get more fuel and it will let go of calories. Thus, it will allow you to lose weight.

You need to measure everything that you eat. Everything has a calorie content. If you eat 50 pounds of veggies you will still gain weight. Fruit, meat, candy, veggies... you need to know what you are putting in so you know how much to exercise and how much to eat.

Make the foods you like but use better ingredients. It's not rocket science. You CAN do this. Take a look at my diary. I am a picky eater also. But I have found a way. You can too.

Yes. How do you know how much you ate without weighing it? And start using the better meat if you are going to eat hamburger. I use 97/3 if I can find it. Cost a little more but it is much better for you. Also, try to start mixing ground turkey with your hamburger. Even better for your body. Normal serving is about 4…

That's totally up to you. Some people think they are sexy and they can still be overweight compared to today's standards. Some people are sexy and beautiful but they have a nasty attitude which makes them the ugliest people ever. There is no way to get an exact answer for this question.

Caine Halter 5k is over. I did well for my first 5k. Haven't ran that far since being in the military. Going to try to run one a month. Don't know about the next one yet. Still looking.

I have a bucket tear of my miniscus. Suffered for almost a year. Doc didn't want to operate. He said that mine may not be better after an operation. It's much better now. I'm running in my first 5k this Saturday. Very excited.

Caine Halter Lungs for Life 5k this Saturday in Greenville SC. This will be my first 5k (other than military formation runs.) Wish me luck. I'm also thinking about another 5k next week in Inman SC. This one is for meals for the needy. Have not decided on that one yet.

I have three so far. I got my initials on my chest in Italy, a four leaf clover on my thign in Italy, and a panther on my shoulder/bicep area in Korea. Never received a tattoo in the United States. I guess it's time to get another one.

I think you answered your own question. You got sick doing it. I understand it was an eating disorder but starvation mode was the bottom line. Hope you are doing much better now.

I'm up all night. Work graveyard shift. 7pm til 7am. I usually work out extra hard on the days that I'm off so eating at night does not affect me. You also need good will power.
