I was counting beer as water, and water as beer. So on Saturday, I underestimated my calories overestimated my hydration.

This was a joke, I use mustard instead of ketchup. But seriously, it was labeled 'low calorie' - which it is at under 100 calories per cake. But I will make sure to watch my sodium intake, and also stop eating things that other people tell me have no nutritional value.

I usually drink 5 home brewed cups (6 oz each) - and I mark it as 5 calories. Should I be marking it as 10? That's probably why I'm not losing weight.

It looks delicious though doesn't it?

I apologize for the confusion. I did just eat 2.5 cups of broccoli though. Blowing up the pot.

I haven't had grapes in forever. 16 serving cups isn't alot of jello. It's equal to about 4 fl oz cups.

I'm going to bathe in caramel than cover myself in white chocolate. That usually satisfies my cravings.

No you don't. I do get up on my ECA stack though. I think some people like to show off how much they can eat and still look good. On the opposite I think some people get off on showing off how little they eat. People are just ****ed up. But I read the ice cream thread, and they're eating 1-1.5 servings a night which is…

Subway is easy, and I know exactly what the macros are as the website lets me customize my sandwich. It certainly isn't the best, but I have no complaints. I eat a lot volume wise, but I'm smart (for the most part) about what I eat. That's the reason I eat turkey and ham....and because I like the taste of course. If I…

McDonalds cones are 170 calories/4.5 f/27 c/5 p - which is decent. I'm not going that crazy.

Taco Bell never upset my stomach, nor did Subway. I think some people are just sensitive to certain foods and additives. I could see if you're getting mayo and olive oil together on your sandwiches. OO has a laxative effect on many people, with the oil in mayo - you would be lubed up nicely.

It doesn't necessarily bother me...I'm just curious if people get filled off of that little. That's all. I think people are bothered by me, like last night when I ordered 6 McDonalds "ice milk' cones. I get hungry so I eat.
-
Not knocking peoples choices, just wondering how people can get filled off of so little. My calories are dialed in. No worries about that.

Could it be that I don't get extras on mine. I get turkey or ham (whichever one is the 5 dollar footlong..ha) with lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, olives, and spinach. No cheese and no dressings. Sometimes when I'm dieting I'll just eat 4 of these a day to keep things simple - with a protein shake thrown in there somewhere.

I tried one before and almost lost an arm. No more for me!

I go on VLCD's for a 3 weeks and eat super foods like avacado, then reverse diet to reverse the metabolic damage. Bread is out of the question because studies have shown it makes you fat. I'm in great shape too, and everyone knows it because I have a 13.1 sticker on my car.

I take a bag of salad mix, pour it on a plate. Then I open a can of white chicken in water and pour it on top. Five star.

Eventually it will have an effect. The only way to avoid failure is to remove any option besides being successful from your head. If you ever give yourself the option to quit you will.

Why are you dieting if you can't eat that much?

The nutritional facts are for dry pasta. Typically, there will be another column called "cooked" if the facts are for a finished version of the product. What I like to do is just cook the whole box, and divide it into how many portions I want out of it. I just get the total calories/macros for the box, and divide by how…

It works in terms of losing weight, but so do other approaches to weight loss. It's just giving you some meal replacement options with all of the macros/micros you need. It's better to educate yourself on how to lose weight without a program - this way you won't become dependent upon some program or product. I have to…
