Whenever I go to Subway, people (bigger than me) are nonstop ordering 6" subs. I'm 5'9" and 155 lbs - and a foot long doesn't even fill me up. How is this possible? Am I unusually hungry during lunch? People need to start eating more.

I ate triple my maintenance calories (6000+) on both Friday and Saturday. I'm going to the gym now and wondering how many gains I can expect to receive from having this level of super bulk in my body? I'll post how many I get when I'm finished, but how many gains should I be seeing?

Fiber One Original Cereal
It's my go to fiber source. Too much protein got you holding in the poopies? I see a lot of people recommend Raisin Bran for these problems - but that really doesn't have that much fiber in it. In all seriousness, a cup every morning as part of my breakfast works great for me.

My Current Maintenance (M, 155 lbs, 5'8")
Found my current maintenance (through actual logging, not a website). Thought Id' share in the event it could help anyone out. Male, 155 lbs, 5'8", 15% body fat, 31 years old, workout 45-60 minutes 4-5 times a week. 2,522 calories - weekly average.
