My cheap routine

Here is what's working for me, without a gym. For the weight I use some bricks I have taped together and put them on my back. I want general upper body strength and cardio. Nothing fancy. Every two weeks, add a set.

Day 1:
Walk for 60 minutes
5 sets of: 10 box jumps (I use park benches)
5 sets of: 10 unbroken pushups, 5 weighted pushups (30 #). (75 total)

Day 2:
Walk/run intervals for 60 minutes
5 sets of: Narrow grip pullup, wide grip pullup, narrow grip chinup, wide grip chinup. (20 total)

Day 3:
Jog for 60 minutes.

Day 4:
Walk for 60 minutes
5 sets of: 10 squats holding weight (30#)
5 sets of: 10 unbroken pushups, 5 weighted pushups (30 #).

Day 5:
Walk/run intervals for 60 minutes
5 sets of: Narrow grip pullup, wide grip pullup, narrow grip chinup, wide grip chinup.

Day 6:
Jog for 60 minutes.
