Yohimbine Schedule - My personal experience

I read a lot of things regarding Yohimbine dosing on the internet, and many were generic - so I thought I'd share what works for me / what I tolerate. I typically drank 6-6oz servings of coffee though out the morning which is probably equal to the caffeine of a Starbucks grande. I'm 5'9" - 155 lbs - and male. If I consumed any additional caffeine or other stimulants throughout the day I mention it below. I also have 2.5mg pills.

Day 1 - Took 1 when I woke up. Didn't feel anything so I waited 3 hours (to be safe) and drank 3 6oz cup of coffee. 6 hours later I took another pill and didn't feel anything.
Day 2 - Took 2 when I woke up. I did an hour of cardio and felt a little more energy but nothing substantial. Had 3 6oz cups of coffee about 3 hours later. I took another 2 about 6 hours later. Felt warm and was sweating easier than usual - but nothing crazy.
Day 3 - Repeated day 2 dosing. Didn't feel anything.
Day 4 - Took 3 when I woke up. Did an hour of cardio. Didn't feel much. Had 3 6oz cups of coffee about 3 hours later. I took another 2 about 6 hours later. Didn't feel anything.
Day 5 - Took 4 when I woke up. I didn't do cardio, but I felt a little restless. Had 5 6oz cups of coffee about 3 hours later. I took another 1 about 6 hours later. Didn't feel anything.
Day 6 - Took 5 when I woke up. Had 3 6oz cups of coffee about 3 hours later. Did an hour of cardio.

The only thing it's doing for me in the AM is possibly making me a little more alert. I'm doing 5 in the AM for one more day, then moving up to 6 in the AM (the max dose recommended for me). Seeing as 5 aren't doing anything dramatic, I'm not split dosing anymore. I'd rather just get them all in on an empty stomach and do some fasted cardio. I eat too frequently in the afternoon and trying to time it was a pain. I am also waiting 2-3 hours after I take the first pill before I eat breakfast. The second doses were 2-3 hours after my last meal, and I waited 1-2 hours after that before I ate again.

Side Effects - On Day 4 I got an erection while on the treadmill. I also got one walking on the beach early evening. Nothing besides that.

If 6 does anything for me, I'll update. I am being careful with this as I've heard stories, so I'm not pushing my luck and going beyond that. I'll probably add in more caffeine but not too much.

I realize the benefit is that it helps to get rid of stubborn body fat if you around or less than 10% BF. I am in that range, and I won't see results, if any, until I'm done the cycle. This is mainly for side effects, and immediate benefits questions.
