Weight has stayed the same yet again... 197.9. BUT i've noticed my clothes fitting looser and i've upped my exercise all week. Points for the week = 232. Bring on week 3!!!

Totally forgot to check in yesterday!!!! Weight stayed the same.... 197.9 Points system plus maintaining weight = 193 I really need to up my exercise a few more minutes each day.... :-)

Starting weight 199 weigh in on 1/13- 197.9 Down 1.1 lbs I ran on the treadmill for the first time in..... A LONG TIME. I hated every second of it.... but super glad I even attempted it.

My gym is a small-town gym but it's 24/7. I brought my roommate with me and swiped my key and she came in behind me, (she has a membership too). Didn't think anything of it. Until the next day when the gym called me asking who she was and telling me that she needs to swipe her key as well so there isn't any confusion. Glad…
