My knees cave in while deadlifting even at a very low weight. I don't have any issues squatting and keeping my knees out. Should I try sumo deadlifts?

Try the pigeon stretch! I have had the same issue and doing these after a warm-up before lifting and/or after lifting realy helped me!

Hey Anna, I tore the ligaments in my ankle a few weeks ago playing soccer, and just got back to the gym this week. For cardio, my physiotherapist recommended the stationary bike. Thanks all for the advice! I especially liked this comment: I have noticed some trainers who always seem to be taking their female clients over to the machines and avoiding the free weights... I'll make sure I bring this up at the meet and greet / assessment tonight.
