I am going to start working this into my schedule in Jan. But plan on really putting into action after I am done with the 2 HM's I have signed up for. Maybe in June I will really start going full bore, but for now one maybe two days a week I will give some of it a try
  • Love to lift, but I'm not familiar with NROLFW. I'll check it out!

IMO this is an excellent program. I have done it at least three times and attained great results.

I bought this book and Starting Strength, but I decided to do SS, instead. I'd love to see your progress, though. Keep us posted!

I have the book but I want to read it thoroughly before I start the exercises.....the only thing I'm concerned with is being able to follow the nutrition plan but I will do my best
