yep- 32 laps (same as 64 lengths)- and agree, that is only if its a 25 METER pool. you can likely do a bit more than 1 mile in 1 hour, unless you are going at a very leisurely pace.

its 1 week. give it time. track accurately (weigh your food) and stay at a healthy cal range- it will come off. consistency is key (which i struggle with a lot- but when im consistent- i lose)
