sorry, I'm not depressed if I don't workout. I just like the topic and want to hear how it works for people as that is still motivating. I can fry an egg in 5 - 7 mins. If I'm in a hurry I cook the yolk solid and throw it in a piece of toast, fold it up and eat it with one hand in the car. :drinker: :laugh: :heart: :glasses::flowerforyou:

I AM NOT A DOCTOR or an expert on the matter but I have heard that it may be a muscle weakness issue (I'm sure are other reasons for incontinence) in the vag area. Have you heard of Kiegel (sp?) exercises? That is supposed to help. I'm interested in the answers you may get, I can't do too many jumping jacks! LOL

The scale was a lb. higher this a.m. but sometimes that happens regardless. A high calorie burning workout will probably (hopefully) take care of that.

I really don't think there are many absolutes - just take pay attention to what your appetite is telling you. Don't eat more or less just to do it, eat when your hungry and stop when your full. Make the best choices you can and/or eat in moderation. If eating a large breakfast makes you feel that way then try cutting back…

Make a large pot of soup and freeze it in portion size containers so you can just take out as much as you need.

yea, me too. anything with any artificial sweetener in it makes me nauseous and gives me a headache. I guess I'm glad because the sweeter food is, the more sweets I crave and I don't want to crave more sweets. :)

When I eat, I almost always say, "I wish that would have lasted longer"! I love the dipping eating process for that reason! I like veggies in hummus and apple dipped in peanut butter; I like the strawberries and yogurt idea too!
