Is eating "clean" vs. eating healthy?
Does eating "clean" mean the same as eating healthy food? I'm just wanting to clarify this because my understanding is that eating "clean" is eating food in its most natural state. So food from a can or box although it may be healthy and good, it's not "clean" or is it? Thanks!

Low Cal Bread Options?
I just realized that the bread I eat, Pepperidge Farm Light Style (reduced calorie) has High Fructose Corn Syrup and Soy in it (both of which I TRY to avoid) which makes me sad bc I buy it for $1.00 and it's low cal. ANY BREAD SUGGESTIONS? Of course whole grain but something low cal and no junk? Thanks!!!

Don't want to stress over the holidays!
