Thanks everyone for the replies. While i am still waiting from my polar HRM to be shipped I think 350-450 cal per hour seems to make the most sense.

Also look at the positive side of things.. you are still young and can lose weight a lot faster and easier than most of us who are past our thirties. You have your whole life ahead of you.... try to see if you can pack your day with activities that dont allow you much time to binge.

Dont beat up yourself about it. The very good thing is you have kept track instead of trying to cheat your self that it didnt happen. I've done that plenty of times so i know. I am trying to do a 1200 Net calorie. Like today I ate something i shouldnt have... and tried to compensate an extra hour of high impact Zumba. Made me feel better about both eating and exercising :smile:
