I ride a stationary bike, Biggest Loser Last Chance Workout, 30 Day Shred and Wii Fit Plus. I ride everyday and rotate the others. I love all of them!

Im under everyday, I eat 3 meals and 1-2 snacks a day. I get more calories from exercise. I dont know what to do with left overs either....

I weigh everyday just so I know if maybe I need to kick it up or what. But I only write my weigh in's down on Tues. Then I can see from week to week how much ive lost.

I ride 8 miles a day on my stationary bike and I love it!! Ive lost 24 pounds since Jan 1. Great advantage when you dont have a gym membership, cold or hot weather and when you just dont want to leave the house. I keep it in the living room so I see it and it reminds me to get on. I ride wheile I watch tv.

My thyroid is also dead. I take synthroid, exercise and watch my calories everyday. There is hope...I have been exercising and counting calories since Jan 1 and i've lost 23 pounds, so it can be done. It may take you some time so the medicine can get into your system and start working.
