I take Synthroid and it seems to work ok for me, but I really need to get in and have mine checked again its been a while.

Dishwasher does the work, but if I have to wash something by hand I use a dishrag.

I weigh everyday, just to see if how its going or if I may need to up my exercise or lower calories. My offical weigh in where I log it on a calendar is on Tuesdays.

Ive done it all at home and ive lost about 30 pounds since Jan. It all up to you , what your comfortable with and what will give you the results your looking for.

I workout 6-7 days a week by doing Biggest Loser Last Chance Workout-dvd, walking and riding a stationary bike for 30-45 min a day. I eat healthier and keep my calories at 1200 a day.

Im down 27 pounds its just some days it seems to go slow and it yo-yo's. It evens out I guess. Taking it one day at a time.

I love the Wii. It has several games and many activities on each game that can be done for beginners or advanced people.

At least 1200. Dont go under that or your body will store it as fat.

Yes, your body will go into starvation mode if your not giving it the number of calories it needs.

This same thing happened to a friend and her dr said that was normal because of the exercise. Also not to be too concerned if you skip it all together. I wouldnt worry.

I weigh everyday, I know you shouldnt but it helps to know if I shoud kick up my work out or if I need to change anything around. I record my weight only once a week tho.

MFP set my cals at 1250. Your net intake should be at least 1200, if its under that is when your body goes into starvation mode. You can go over 1200 but dont go over what MFP set as your goal or you will gain weight. Also eat back your exercise calories or you will get stuck. I wasnt eating them back and when I started…

Im in the same boat, I so dont understand that. Ive asked others and looked it up on the internet. Do you have to do this everytime you exercise or just a few times a week or what? I know its not rocket science, but im missing something because I dont get it.......please help someone!!!

Ie heard that in order to really lose weight you have to eat back your calories lost from exercise. This is so your net intake is at least 1200 (in my case). Do you know if this is true.
