I'm on week 7 day 1 and I actually really enjoy it, agreed the progress weightwise can be slow but I think that makes it more sustainable in the long run because I can maintain that calorie and exercise level. I also love the under 40 minute work outs, get in get out done.

Totally agree it's easier to stay on track with a mouthful of smores oreos before a soccer game or a run. I'm all for this, it might take me longer to reach my goal but you can still live life and get fit without any extreme restrictions. Besides what's the point of looking/feeling good if that doesn't include some of the…

Maybe muscle is negating some of your loss, gaining muscle while losing fat, but I'm confused how anyone loses 20lbs in 2.5 weeks....considering 2lbs a week seems like the golden rule for safe healthy weight loss.

Hey peeps, I love cheese, and yeah I refuse to give up on that love, I'm just trying to work it into my daily calorie goals. I'm 5'3 I've been 180-190, mostly I was around 160lbs, I did get down to 127lbs at one point (took me about a year) and ironically still was skinny fat because I had no tone, all sorts of jiggle. Now…

I just throw my cheese veggies/meat into a frying pan crisp up the cheese then slide it out onto a bed of lettuce. Crunchy toppings and cheese are my favourite thing!

People, alright specifically chicks wearing an entire face of makeup at 5:30am.. with their hair done....I'm a sweaty mess at the gym...that get up suggests they have no intention of actually doing anything...so why be there at all? Yes, I'm aware I'm a jerk.

I'm only 3 days in, mostly because the FIRST time I tried to do 5 x 5 I hobbled myself like an old man while trying to correct my deadlift form (ironically I went out of my way to have a trainer there so I *wouldn't get hurt* but then I did way too many and got sloppy. And then I found out why that hand rail in next to the…

I'm 5'3 currently about 130lbs, from an all time high of 190lbs, which originally was my goal weight but turns out I still have a little tummy actio, like seriously body? What the hell! I pretty much am pretending to be a runner so I can travel...I saw a full marathon in Ireland...*dreamy eyes and swooning* I can use the running as an excuse to do two things: 1) To work out thus working towards my goal of the race & Deux) To travel to cool places and be super awesome! And eat more cheese! LizaGetz:…

Thanks for the info! I'm using the sub 2hr 1/2 marathon but once I really get into the longer runs we'll see how much my pace falls off. Awesome job though, must have been hella satisfying to finish!

wyattj99: Ha cheese is not a bad food for me if it keeps me from compulsively eating 6 donuts in a row, because when I have sugar my brain goes compeltely retarded and I can't get enough, I'm willing to say cheese is my savour! But yes a block of cheese won't be doing me any weight loss favours either so definetely…

Sweet! Look at your ripped arms sexy lady! I'm beginning to figure out the key to weight loss is just diligence...it's not ALWAYS being good, or never making a mistake...it's about over coming setbacks and knowing that even if all you've done is add a salad to your daily routine you're just a little bit healthier. Sorry…

SOOOOO...As hard as it is to admit, sometimes I fail, I kinda hate that but it's my own doing. Like yesterday I failed on the gym but today I'll win at the gym and at getting salads back into mah belly! So that's a win. A few days ago I posted that it was really easy to just track my food and work out and then it just…

Any particular type of challenge you'd be interested in?
