Left my husband last June, been concentrating on the kids and getting myself back together, so no valentine here either!! Coffeemate makes an all natural one, not sure of calories or fat just yet, today is the first day i have tried it but it is good! 35 cal and 1.5 grams of fat for a TBS. Ok for me, that is worth it!!!

I would say a good thing, you are not gaining! They say that weight loss during breastfeeding can change the taste of the milk and it turns some babies off. I didn't start losing any though until my daughter was weaned at 10 months (her choice).

i too have had some success, really love it, but like the last person it must be a lifestyle change. It is doable to be honest I in a way follow some parts of it almost all the time, I just couldn't get implement everything all the time!

Me personally I would just work it in my daily calories, sounds like you are making it a helathier snack, some people just do really well with routine and sometimes with mediactaions a little bit of food is a good thing.

Depends on how thick or thin easiest way to tell I think is how much did you get? If you got a pound of meat, and have 16 slices, then each slice is an ounce. Basically 16 ounces are in a pound and by doing the math you should be able to tell how much each slice is. If you need more help let me know!

For me, if I have one it is a regular one or if possible one with real sugar, I stick to a 12 oz can and have no more than one a day, sometimes I have one, then go several days before another. Not the greatest thing to spend my calories on but sometimes, just gotta have one!!

You know that is what I was thinking, but then I thought this morning, I have such a supportive group, quite a few possibly want to lose weight too, so why not tell them what is starting to help me? To me, I think the more that know, the more determined i will be to not let myself down!!
