I've only purchased the standard thus far, but can always add on the additional kits in the future should I fall in love with the workout..lol. I currently only have a set of 2lb, 3lb, & 5lb weights and hope that is suffice to start..

my zumba for the wii is collecting dust since i prefer going to a class..but, it is good..but, for an 'exercise' game for the wii, i much more prefer Just Dance 2. jmo.

hey hey...seen a 1.8lb loss this week..putting me at 188.4! so close to my mother's day goal, but I won't stop that is for sure!

I just got it from netflix and hope to try it soon..but, the tv is being occupied by Harry Potter right now..lol I really want to add in something else to my zumba, which I typically do 4-6 times a week. I'm looking forward to my gym offering Turbo Kick in the near future :-)

I lost 2lbs this week! I am now at 190.2 :-) I was sooo happy to see this number on the scale..maybe next week I'll be saying goodbye to the 190's :-)

Is hoping for good feedback on the scale tomorrow...going to zumba 2x today(why not....lol) and getting some strength training in.

Zumba for 2 straight hours today! My legs will be like that of lead tomorrow I'm sure..but, if not, I will be at Zumba toning..lol

Right now I am doing Zumba & Zumba Toning...with the occasional throw in of Just Dance 2 on the Wii, and the elliptical on the weekends

Yoohoo..I'm up here in Bradford County..nestled between Gainesville & Jacksonville areas. I've been living here for 8 years and love it! Just wish we had walk friendly areas by my house that I wouldn't have to worry about being hit by a speeding car.

I, too, love the flavored creamer..I almost always buy the Breve Creme. I only have one cup of coffee a day, so the most I get is 40 cals from that a day.

I L-O-V-E Just Dance 2! If you are doing all the moves(or making the attempt..lol), you are getting an awesome workout. If I am in a crunch to get cardio in, I will use it in place of a gym workout. Otherwise, me and my 10y/o dd will compete..so much fun :-)

I mix Zumba in with the other cardio work outs I do..it is a lot of fun, plus you learn how to dance in the process :-) As long as you are breaking a good sweat, it's doing its job :-)

I, personally, would consider Just Dance to be low impact since that is how I count Zumba(per sparkpeople). But, that is only my opinion.

I've been wanting to get on this as well since I am doomed for bad knees if I don't take some sort of preventive measures. I will certainly look into the Osteo Biflex the next time I am at the drug store.
