I have a Mio hrm, which is a strapless, but I don't have time to be checking my heart rate in the middle of a cardio session. I am just got a polar ft7, and the strap is quite comfortable..and I feel the calorie burned is more accurate than a strapless one. jmo

I am a big water drinker..when I have a craving for 'soda', I'll have a flavored carbonated water :-)

My week's loss is only .8, but it is still a loss, so I'll take it. As for the current challenges..I already messed up on the eating out..done that tonight..lol...ooops... and, for the strength training, I am currently doing the ChaLEAN Extreme, so that is definitely a part of my routine :-).

Chips in moderation are always okay in my book. My favorite 'chips' are from Riceworks. They are made from brown rice, and they have some awesome flavors. My current fave is the Salsa Fresco.

It's been a great day for water! Also, I done 30 min on the elliiptical and 50 minutes on ChaLEAN Extreme Burn Intervals & Abs. Looking forward to the next challenge that comes my way..

Personally, I prefer a banana or a piece of ghiradelli twilight dark chocolate. I don't keep cookies and such in the house or else that would be my go to sweet snack.

my numbers from mfp haven't been far off from my hrm, but that is only with doing zumba..i would only rely on a hrm for a more accurate number.

Just to start ChaLEAN Extreme, and do my normal Zumba and get back into doing my strength training.

love it! I could not go to 5 guys and not eat fries, as I love fries(well, good ones and they make good ones!!) This would definitely be a cheat for me, but considering I get full a lot quicker, I would not indulge into the whole cup/bucket of fries.lol

Great post..I have a pan 'fried' egg(in cooking spray) a few times a week, and don't have the least bit of guilt from it.

Oh my...finding a shirt that doesn't fly up while doing cardio and showing my gut..ugh.. I, too, have people at my gym who just sit their workout stuff on a machine and go to other stuff...for real?! Or others that just sit and congregate at the weight machines, rather than using and getting off so others can partake!
