Congratulations! You look great! And I bet you feel better, too. I'm in a similar situation...287 when I joined the programme in Red Deer one year ago, 250-ish today, and my surgery (sleeve) is on October 1st. I am so looking forward to NOT putting weight back on (which I've done every single time I lost weight in the past.
