Oh my goodness! This has to be the most inspiring post that I've read! Your story shows us that we should all stop the excuses when it comes to weight loss. You look so good, and smaller than 197. Thanks for posting this! Great job!!

I'm 5'10 and my weight has been fluctuating from 181-185. I have always carried my weight well and I look decent right now. But I want a healthy BMI so my second goal is to get to170. At that point I will re-evaluate and see if I want to go down to my ultimate goal weight of 160/165. Like everyone says, when it comes to…

A consistent clean diet to get rid of the belly fat. I'm working on this myself. And all of my gym instructors promote planks for strengthening.

I would suggest that the closer that you get to your goal, you do a re-evaluation. Base things off of how you look and feel! If you're…

Congrats for trying this out! Reducing carbs is very challenging. I actually tried a "no-carb" diet to help me break a plateu last month. I ate lean meats, fish, apples and veggies. I dropped a lot of weight doing that. But I knew I couldn't make a lifestyle out of it, so I introduced carbs back. Like you, I try not to…

It's not muscle loss. I believe it's from your change in diet. You're eating cleaner which is a change for your body. So you're bound to lose weight. A few weeks ago I decided to try something different. I lowered my carb intake by a lot. It shocked my body, and I lost a lot of weight the first two weeks. You're doing…
