  • I am also suffering from herniated discs....L4-L5 and L5-S1. I have had 2 injections so far, having my 3rd on Friday because I let myself get out of the habit of stretching and exercising and the pain has flared back up. Stretching is so extremely important!!! I use ice on my low back and heat on my right butt cheek…
  • Thank you so much for sharing your story. I have a goal of losing right around 100# and after having had 3 kids I'm already saving for the tummy tuck that I know I'm going to need (want).   • Could it be possible that you aren't eating enough? Just a thought.
  • I have had a lot of problems with sciatic nerve pain. My chiropractor has me do stretches that target the piriformis muscle because the sciatic nerve runs under it and if the muscle is tight it puts pressure on the nerve.   • Hoping it's not too late for me to join in. I will be starting this week. I'm actually doing a 5k run/walk on March 19th. I've been hitting the treadmill pretty hard for the past few weeks to build up endurance, but I want to start the interval training. So, count me in please :happy: Jenn

  • Thanks for the ideas everyone. I guess I need to get over my all or nothing attitude. I've had the mindset that if I don't have an hour or longer to commit to exercising, I just don't have time! That thinking needs to changed!
