thank you. I was looking at the protein amount in Lean Turkey patties and it said 11grams, I then weighed one patty and it came up 50 grams on the scale. But as you mentioned that is not all protein. hmmm..ok got to rethink this...thanks for the link -D

thanks! just started using the website and had not discovered the recipe tool. ... now I can be specific, was probably eating more than I was estimating.
