  • Definitely keep fish oil. Simple protein powders like 100%whey/casein are great to help meet protein goals and maintain macro ratios. Multivitamins are fine but they are more to catch any deficiencies you might have. If you are eating right you shouldnt have those deficiencies anyway.
  • Yoga is great but there are different types of yoga and you will find you like some better than others. Most studios have classes tailored to beginners as well. Right now Im getting into Vinyasa and would advocated to anyone who doesnt mind the heat.

  • Make sure you are eating enough food and drinking enough water. Feeling like puking from intense exercise isn't necessarily a bad thing but the dizziness and nausea could definitely mean you are dehydrated or not eating enough.
  • Squats Bench Press Deadlifts Overhead Press Barbell Row Those are good basics. After that you can sprinkle in Pullups, Dips, Variations of Squats, whatever accessories you need to hit for the rest of day for that muscle group. Can superset with planks too if you want. If you are comfortable with Cleans, do those for sure
