Great time - I hope you are uber proud!

Noooo :( But on the up side, we do get to watch the newbies do very "interesting" things with the weight machines. I saw some idiot doing push ups on the kneel pad of an assisted chip up machine.

More than last week. heavier than last week.

Depends on your fitness levels and how long you have been running. Like any workout, running puts stress onto your joints, muscles, cns, and the body needs time to recover from it. Go by feel and don't try and be a hero.

Using heart rate to estimate calorie burn only works when the oxygen consumption correlates nicely with the work performed. That means that HRM's are weakly accurate for steady state cardio (where you constantly take in a similar amount of oxygen each minute and do a similar amount of work in each minute) but are totally…

Try eating lots of nuts, avocado, and cheese. High in calories and delicious :).

Wow, that's a tough one. Any chance you can get a job closer to home, or move closer to work? It seems your lifestyle is not too friendly for health :(

Some short term goals for December: Christmas is only one day, but usually people make it stretch all month. Give yourself three events where you can eat all you want (family, friends, work) and the other 28 days commit to eating healthy with a modest deficit. Log your calories no matter what. Try some exercise - a power…

So you've eaten 231 cals all day and you are wondering if the lovely people on MFP will tell you to keep eating or go to bed hangry? Just what exactly did you want to get from this thread? FREAKING EAT!
-
Yep no problems there. Your body doesn't know when it ticks over to midnight and a new daily allowance starts. I use weekly goals.

Wine chocolate cheese chips

Have a glass of water. Then, eat some protein. Wait 20 minutes. If you are still craving chips, eat some but not all. Log it, and move on. But I find that water+protein usually quells my hunger / craving.

Maybe you shouldn't give your long distance boyfriend false impressions about your body weight. Hmm?

I would make two separate entries. One for the running and one for the walking.

If I were you I wouldn't diet at all. I'd just add some weight training to tone up and leave it at that.

79 kgs is the upper limit in the healthy BMI range. Are you a fairly typical build? 80 sounds about right.
-
Down the bra... but the case gets a bit icky.

Is there such thing as junk food? IIFYM - eat up! Tablespoons of peanut butter will help get you over the line. So will chocolate. Yummmm

Cairns is ok... you have the reef and the rainforest. But depending on the time of year, you can't go swimming due to stingers in the water. You can see the reef (if that is what you want to do) via Brisbane, but Brisbane won't exactly wow you. What do you want to see?

Amazing! Well done!

I run because I like it... therefore I do it. I do not sprint because I do not like it... therefore I do not do it. Problem?
-
By classes what do you mean? If it works for running it will work for spinning. They never work for weights.
-
Well done!

IIFYM - eat up!

Still fishing. Do you mean to tell me you want strangers on the internet to call you fat so that you can be more motivated to get even skinner than you are? For the lolz, right?

Fishing for compliments? DYEL?
