I have been on MFP for 61 days. During those 61 days I have (on average) consumed 1375 cals/day and burned through intentional exercise 225 cals/day for a net of 1150 cals/day. Healthy BMI and 10% down
Well, today I did it! My scale is programmed with my height and the display includes BMI. Today, I hit (for the first time in 4.5 years) a "healthy" BMI of 25. How come the sodium limit doesn't change when your calories change? Sometimes I eat light so I can have a heavy meal with friends or family the day after. What cardio do you do the day after leg day?

Just wondering - is it necessary to have a rest day? Can you work out 7 days a week without a break? I set myself a target to get back into the habit - go to the gym every day for 14 days. But today I woke up with a headache and I'm wondering if it means I need a rest.
